Unfortunately twice I have been mistaken for another patient. Firstly on my assessment appointment but more importantly on the day of operation I was asked which leg I was having to be treated when in fact I had been admitted for a mastectomy.

Nothing was too much trouble perhaps the situation that needs investigation is the amount of paperwork that is carried out by your nursing staff.

Neck support needed when laying flat. The support available is not sufficient.
